Welcome to Grayslake Colts
2012 Registration
Do you have a young athlete interested in Football, Cheer or Poms? Are you looking
for a fun, active environment where your child will develop skills in teamwork,
sportsmanship and leadership? The Grayslake Colts is a non-profit, youth travel
tackle Football, Cheer & Poms program providing instruction for athletes in
grades K – 8. We are an affiliate of the Grayslake Park District and a partner
with the GNHS and GCHC Football, Cheer and Pom programs.
We are now taking
applications for athletes for the 2012 season which runs from July – early November.
The Colts are proud to serve future athletes in Grayslake High School District 127
who reside in elementary District 46 or 50.
Dates:
1st Date: Sunday, Feb. 5th 9 AM – 1 PM Grayslake Middle School
2nd Date: Sunday, Mar. 4th 9 AM – 1 PM Grayslake Middle School
*Cash, check or charge accepted
*Cheer/Poms need to wear a leotard or bathing suit to allow for uniform measuring/fitting
2012 Fees (grades below are as of 2012-13 school year)
Football (2nd – 8th grade) $300.00
Cheer (K - 8th grade) $230.00
Poms (2nd – 8th grade) $230.00

*Late registration fee as of March 5th = $75

NEW Flyweights for 2012
This year, the Colts will be adding a “Flyweight” level to the Pac 10.
Flyweight Players must be no older than six (6) years old as of September 1,
weighing no more than seventy seven (77) pounds for week one,
including minimum clothing and pad requirements for weigh-ins.
This weight limit will
increase by one-half pound per week for the entire season. The Flyweight Level does not
provide for Older/Lighter or Younger/Heavier players.

Please join us for the Grayslake Colts Pre-Registration Cheer and Poms Clinic!
You’ll learn cheers, dances, have lots of fun and make new friends. This is a great way to check out the program before
registration for the 2012 season. Parents - this is a drop-off clinic. Space is limited so register early!
